1. קבלת התנאים

השימוש באפליקציית Navio GO ("האפליקציה", "השירות") מהווה הסכמה לתנאי שימוש אלה. אם אינך מסכים לתנאים — אנא הימנע משימוש בשירות. השירות מפותח ומתופעל על ידי מגל פלוס שירותים גלובליים בע"מ.

2. השירות

Navio GO הוא עוזר-על אישי מבוסס בינה מלאכותית המסייע בניהול יומיום, משימות, שיחות, מסמכים, בריאות, ויעדים אישיים. השירות עשוי להשתלב, באישורך המפורש, בשירותים חיצוניים (למשל דוא"ל ויומן).

נבי מכינה טיוטות ואינה שולחת דבר בשמך ללא אישורך המפורש. כאשר נבי מנסחת הודעת דוא"ל, הודעת SMS או WhatsApp, אירוע ביומן, או כל פעולה יוצאת אחרת — התוצר נשמר כטיוטה ומוצג לך לאישור, והפעולה מתבצעת רק לאחר שאישרת אותה במפורש באפליקציה. חיבור חשבון חיצוני (Google / Microsoft 365) נעשה ביוזמתך בלבד וניתן לניתוק בכל עת.

3. חשבון ואבטחה

• עליך לספק פרטים מדויקים בעת ההרשמה ולשמור על סודיות פרטי הכניסה שלך.
• אתה אחראי לכל פעילות המתבצעת דרך חשבונך.
• אימות מתבצע באמצעות סיסמה וקוד חד-פעמי (OTP). יש לדווח מיידית על שימוש לא-מורשה.

4. שימוש הוגן

• אין להשתמש בשירות למטרות בלתי-חוקיות, פוגעניות, או המפרות זכויות של אחרים.
• אין לנסות לשבש, לפרוץ, או להנדס-לאחור את השירות.
• אין להעלות תוכן זדוני או להעמיס על התשתית באופן חריג.

5. תוכן AI ואחריות

תשובות הבינה המלאכותית ניתנות "כפי שהן" (as-is) ועשויות לכלול אי-דיוקים. מידע בתחומי בריאות, תזונה, כושר, ופסיכולוגיה הוא מידע כללי בלבד ואינו מהווה ייעוץ רפואי, אבחון, או טיפול; ובאותה מידה, מידע בעל אופי משפטי או פיננסי אינו מהווה ייעוץ משפטי או ייעוץ פיננסי. יש להיוועץ באיש מקצוע מוסמך לפני קבלת החלטות. השירות אינו מחליף שיקול דעת אישי.

עיבוד באמצעות מודלי-שפה של צד שלישי. כדי להפיק את תשובות נבי, התוכן שאתה מזין (הודעות, מסמכים, הקלטות מתומללות) נשלח לעיבוד אצל ספקי מודלי-שפה חיצוניים הפועלים בשמנו — כמפורט בסעיף ספקי-המשנה שבמדיניות הפרטיות. איננו מוכרים את תוכן השיחות שלך ואיננו משתמשים בו לפרסום.

6. קניין רוחני

כל הזכויות באפליקציה, בעיצוב, בקוד, ובסימני המסחר שמורות ל-מגל פלוס שירותים גלובליים בע"מ. התוכן שאתה מזין נשאר בבעלותך; אתה מעניק לנו רישיון מוגבל לעבד אותו לצורך אספקת השירות בלבד.

7. פרטיות

השימוש בשירות כפוף גם למדיניות הפרטיות שלנו, המהווה חלק בלתי-נפרד מתנאים אלה.

8. הגבלת אחריות

השירות מסופק "as-is" ללא אחריות מכל סוג. במידה המרבית המותרת בחוק, מגל פלוס שירותים גלובליים בע"מ לא תישא באחריות לנזקים עקיפים, תוצאתיים, או אובדן נתונים הנובעים מהשימוש בשירות.

9. שינויים וסיום

אנו רשאים לעדכן תנאים אלה מעת לעת; המשך שימוש לאחר עדכון מהווה הסכמה. אתה רשאי להפסיק את השימוש ולמחוק את חשבונך ואת נתוניך בכל עת דרך האפליקציה; ההליך המלא, ומה נמחק ומה נשמר, מתוארים בדף מחיקת חשבון.

10. דין וסמכות שיפוט

על תנאים אלה יחולו דיני מדינת ישראל, וסמכות השיפוט הבלעדית נתונה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים במחוז תל-אביב.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Using the Navio GO application ("the App", "the Service") constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. The Service is developed and operated by Magal Plus Global Refrigeration Computers Services Ltd.

2. The Service

Navio GO is a personal AI super-assistant that helps manage daily life, tasks, conversations, documents, health, and personal goals. With your explicit consent, it may integrate with external services (e.g. email and calendar).

Navi prepares drafts and sends nothing on your behalf without your explicit approval. When Navi composes an email, an SMS or WhatsApp message, a calendar event, or any other outbound action, the result is saved as a draft and presented to you for approval; the action is performed only after you have explicitly approved it in the app. Connecting an external account (Google / Microsoft 365) is user-initiated only and can be disconnected at any time.

3. Account & Security

• You must provide accurate details at registration and keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity performed through your account.
• Authentication uses a password and a one-time code (OTP). Report unauthorized use immediately.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or rights-infringing purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, breach, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Do not upload malicious content or place abnormal load on the infrastructure.

5. AI Content & Responsibility

AI responses are provided "as-is" and may contain inaccuracies. Health, nutrition, fitness, and psychology information is general only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment; equally, any information of a legal or financial nature does not constitute legal or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional before making decisions. The Service does not replace personal judgment.

Processing by third-party language models. To produce Navi's responses, the content you provide (messages, documents, transcribed recordings) is sent for processing to external language-model providers acting on our behalf, as listed in the sub-processors section of the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your conversation content and do not use it for advertising.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights in the App, its design, code, and trademarks are reserved to Magal Plus Global Refrigeration Computers Services Ltd. Content you enter remains yours; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.

7. Privacy

Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magal Plus Global Refrigeration Computers Services Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages or data loss arising from use of the Service.

9. Changes & Termination

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the Service and delete your account and your data at any time via the App; the full procedure, and what is deleted versus retained, are described on the account deletion page.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, with exclusive jurisdiction in the competent courts of the Tel-Aviv District.
