Delete your Navio GO account

Navio GO, by Magal Plus Global Refrigeration Computers Services Ltd.

In the app: Profile → Account settings → Delete account. Your password is required. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

By email: if you cannot access the app, send a request to atiyanir@gmail.com from the address registered on the account, with the subject Navio GO - account deletion request. We verify your identity and delete the account within 30 days, then confirm by reply.

Deleted: account details (name, email, phone, hashed password); all conversations and all memory layers; tasks, reminders, pending approvals and morning settings; uploaded recordings, transcripts, photos and documents; connected-account tokens (Google / Microsoft 365); device ID and push token.

Retained: an audit record that the deletion occurred, kept for security and legal compliance and containing no account content; operational logs, auto-deleted within 90 days; backups, purged on the normal cycle within 30 days.

Partial deletion: individual facts and goals can be edited or removed in the Memory Book, and a connected account can be disconnected from the Connections screen, without deleting the account.
