1. מי אנחנו
Navio GO הוא עוזר-על אישי המפותח ומתופעל על ידי מגל פלוס שירותים גלובליים בע"מ. יצירת קשר: atiyanir@gmail.com.
2. המידע שאנו אוספים
- פרטי חשבון: שם, כתובת מייל, מספר טלפון, וסיסמה (נשמרת מוצפנת/hashed בלבד) — לצורך הרשמה ואימות.
- תוכן שאתה יוצר: הודעות-שיחה עם נבי, משימות, תזכורות, יעדים, הרגלים, ו"ספר הזיכרונות" — לצורך מתן השירות האישי.
- תוכן שאתה מעלה (בבחירתך): הקלטות-קול (מתומללות לטקסט), תמונות, ומסמכים ששלחת לנבי.
- חשבונות מחוברים (ביוזמתך בלבד): כשאתה מחבר את Google (Gmail/יומן) או Microsoft 365, אנו שומרים אסימוני-גישה מוצפנים כדי לפעול בשמך לפי בקשתך; ניתן לנתק בכל עת.
- נתוני מכשיר והתראות: סוג מכשיר, גרסת מערכת הפעלה, מזהה-מכשיר, ו-token של התראות-דחיפה (Firebase Cloud Messaging).
- מידע בריאותי: נתוני כושר, תזונה, ורווחה שהמשתמש מוסר מרצונו — נשמרים מוצפנים ולא נמכרים.
- נתוני שימוש: זמני שימוש, פעולות בתוך האפליקציה, ולוגים טכניים — לתפעול, אבטחה, ושיפור.
3. כיצד אנו משתמשים במידע
- מתן שירות הצ'אט האישי, התזכורות, והמלצות הבריאות שלך.
- שיפור וכיוונון מודלי הבינה המלאכותית שמאחורי האפליקציה.
- שליחת התראות ועדכונים שביקשת (Push Notifications).
- אימות זהות ואבטחת חשבון (OTP).
- אנליטיקה מצטברת ואנונימית לשיפור המוצר.
4. עיבוד וספקי-משנה (sub-processors)
אנו לא מוכרים את המידע האישי שלך ואיננו משתמשים בתוכן-השיחות שלך לפרסום. כדי לספק את השירות, נתונים מעובדים אצל ספקי-תשתית וענן הפועלים בשמנו:
- Microsoft Azure — אחסון (מסד-נתונים, Blob) ואירוח.
- Azure OpenAI ו-Google Gemini — מודלי-שפה ו-embeddings לזיכרון.
- Azure Speech — תמלול הקלטות-קול לטקסט.
- Twilio — אימות SMS (OTP).
- Firebase Cloud Messaging — התראות-דחיפה.
- Google / Microsoft — רק כשחיברת חשבון ביוזמתך, לגישה לנתונים שאישרת (Gmail/יומן/M365).
- רשויות חוק: אם נדרשים לפי חוק ישראלי או בינלאומי רלוונטי.
5. שמירת מידע (Retention)
- נתוני חשבון — נשמרים כל עוד החשבון פעיל.
- שיחות ויומני פעולה — 12 חודשים מהאינטראקציה האחרונה.
- נתוני בריאות — נשמרים עד למחיקה מפורשת על-ידי המשתמש.
- לוגים טכניים — 90 יום.
6. זכויות המשתמש
בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות הישראלי ול-GDPR (ככל שרלוונטי):
- עיון: בקשה לצפייה בכל המידע שמור עליך.
- תיקון: עדכון מידע שגוי.
- מחיקה: מחיקת החשבון וכל הנתונים האישיים (ב-30 יום).
- ניוד: קבלת נתוניך בפורמט קריא מכונה (JSON).
- התנגדות: ביטול הסכמה לשיווק ולפרופיל-בינה-מלאכותית.

7. אבטחת מידע
- הצפנת TLS בכל התקשורת עם השרת.
- הצפנת נתונים רגישים ב-Fernet (AES-128-CBC) בבסיס הנתונים.
- אימות דו-שלבי (OTP) לכניסה לחשבון.
- ניהול סיסמאות עם Argon2id (לא MD5/SHA1).
- RLS (Row-Level Security) — כל משתמש ניגש רק לנתוניו שלו.
8. עוגיות ומעקב
האפליקציה הנייחת אינה משתמשת בעוגיות (cookies). אנו משתמשים בטוקן JWT המאוחסן בזיכרון ההתקן המקומי בלבד, ומתפוגג לאחר 72 שעות.
9. פרטיות ילדים
השירות אינו מיועד לילדים מתחת לגיל 18. אנו לא אוספים ביודעין מידע על ילדים. אם נודע לנו שנאסף מידע כזה — נמחק אותו.
10. עדכונים למדיניות
שינויים מהותיים יפורסמו בדף זה ובהתראה בתוך האפליקציה לפחות 14 יום מראש.
1. Who We Are
Navio GO is a personal AI assistant developed and operated by Magal Plus Global Refrigeration Computers Services Ltd. Contact: atiyanir@gmail.com.
2. Information We Collect
- Account details: name, email, phone number, and password (stored hashed/encrypted only) — for registration and authentication.
- Content you create: chat messages with Navi, tasks, reminders, goals, habits, and your "memory book" — to deliver the personalised service.
- Content you upload (by your choice): voice recordings (transcribed to text), images, and documents you send to Navi.
- Connected accounts (user-initiated only): when you connect Google (Gmail/Calendar) or Microsoft 365, we store encrypted access tokens to act on your behalf at your request; you can disconnect anytime.
- Device & notification data: device type, OS version, device ID, and a push-notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging).
- Health information: fitness, nutrition, and wellness data voluntarily provided — stored encrypted and never sold.
- Usage data: session times, in-app actions, and technical logs — for operation, security, and improvement.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Delivering personalised chat, reminders, and wellness recommendations.
- Improving and fine-tuning the AI models powering the app.
- Sending push notifications and updates you have requested.
- Identity verification and account security (OTP).
- Aggregated, anonymised analytics for product improvement.
4. Processing & Sub-processors
We do not sell your personal data and do not use your chats for advertising. To deliver the service, data is processed by infrastructure and cloud providers acting on our behalf:
- Microsoft Azure — hosting, database and Blob storage.
- Azure OpenAI and Google Gemini — language models and memory embeddings.
- Azure Speech — transcription of voice recordings to text.
- Twilio — SMS verification (OTP).
- Firebase Cloud Messaging — push notifications.
- Google / Microsoft — only when you connect an account, to access the data you authorized (Gmail/Calendar/M365).
- Law enforcement: when required by applicable Israeli or international law.
5. Data Retention
- Account data — retained while the account is active.
- Conversations and action logs — 12 months from last interaction.
- Health data — retained until explicitly deleted by the user.
- Technical logs — 90 days.
6. Your Rights
Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law and GDPR (where applicable):
- Access: request a copy of all data held about you.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure: delete your account and all personal data (within 30 days).
- Portability: receive your data in machine-readable format (JSON).
- Objection: withdraw consent for marketing and AI profiling.

7. Security
- TLS encryption for all server communications.
- Fernet (AES-128-CBC) encryption for sensitive data at rest.
- Two-factor authentication (OTP) for account login.
- Argon2id password hashing.
- Row-Level Security (RLS) — each user accesses only their own data.
8. Cookies & Tracking
The mobile app does not use cookies. We use a JWT token stored in local device memory only, expiring after 72 hours.
9. Children's Privacy
This service is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete it.
10. Policy Updates
Material changes will be posted on this page and notified in-app at least 14 days in advance.
